At a time often defined by bleakness, this show's earnestness resonated deeply and turned it into a surprise hit. A Significant Investment On December 18th, Adult Swim revealed exciting news: Haha, You Clowns has been picked up for a further two seasons. This provides showrunner Joe Cappa ample opportunity to develop the world of the Campbell family. The show follows three well-mannered teenage brothers whose central trait is their strong bond for their widowed father, with Cappa providing the voices for all four main characters. "My deepest thanks go to the viewers of the show who took a chance on the show and helped it grow," stated Cappa. "I’m incredibly thrilled that I get to hang out at the Campbell household for a little longer." Executive Acclaim The official statement also included praise from Adult Swim president Michael Ouweleen, who described the series as "profoundly sincere and uniquely eerie." He specifically highlighted the fans who found the show and supported its uniquely offbeat style. "All of you showed up for this new show, praised it on social media, and grew it week over week so we could approve not one, but two more seasons," commented Ouweleen.
